We will give you an overview of the 12 levers of transfer effectiveness\, which are the gist of 110 years of scientific research that Dr. Ina Weinbauer-Heidel from the Institute for Transfer Effectiveness (www.transfereffectiveness.com) reviewed. These 12 levers are focused on ensuring that the insights of a learning event are sustainably transferred into real life. \nYou will receive a set of Transfer Cards as part of your registration!\n\nYou will receive an overview of these 12 levers and then play a powerful transfer card game to identify possible transfer barriers in your programs. Based on the identified barriers\, you will then get an opportunity to explore tools that you can try out and make your programs more transfer robust. \nRather than a lecture\, this will be a guided\, interactive session that invites reflection\, discussion\, and a bit of playful experimentation with the idea of transfer. \nWhy this session matters \nTransfer is not easy to do alone.
