FAQs

Here are some frequently asked questions to help you navigate. Can’t find an answer? Get in touch →

Does The Curioust only deliver workshops?

No. Workshops remain a useful starting point and are available through our Workshop Library. We also design longer manager capability journeys, strengthen learning transfer and partner with teams on wider people-development priorities.

Can we start with one workshop?

Definitely! A focused workshop can be the right response when the need is clear and contained. We can also help you consider light-touch ways to support application afterwards, if that would be useful.

Do you tailor workshops?

Yes! We adapt the examples, scenarios and emphasis to your team’s context. For more complex needs, we begin with a short discovery conversation before recommending a format.

What kinds of challenges do you support?

We support manager and leadership capability, collaboration, communication, feedback, delegation, coaching, change, innovation and other capability priorities. We can also review or strengthen an existing learning initiative so it has a better chance of making a difference at work.

Do you work only with L&D teams?

No. We work with business leaders, founders, HR and People teams, as well as internal L&D and Talent professionals. Different stakeholders often bring different parts of the challenge, so collaboration is welcome.

Can you work with teams outside Hong Kong?

Yes. The Curioust is based in Hong Kong and supports purpose-driven teams across APAC and EMEA through in-person, virtual and hybrid formats. In fact, we have a filtered pool of speakers, trainers, and facilitators that we trust to cater various types of needs — which can be expertise, industries, delivery styles, locations, languages, etc.

What happens after we get in touch?

We will read your enquiry and suggest the most appropriate next step. This may be a short conversation, a workshop recommendation, a discovery discussion or a request for a little more context. The aim is clarity — not pressure.
