Amito has over 10 years of experience in L&D industry working closely with clients and trainers, facilitators, coaches and keynote speakers.
She has worked with world renowned speakers like Alexander Osterwalder, a Swiss business theorist, author, speaker, consultant, and entrepreneur, known for his work on business modeling and the development of the Business Model Canvas. Also, Brett King, a futurist, an Amazon bestselling author, an award-winning speaker for Bank 4.0.
Her clients are in diverse industries including pharmaceuticals, technology, insurance, investment banking, airlines, telecommunications, fintech, startup incubation, property development, hotel, manufacturing, etc.
Amito is known for her exceptional skills in needs discovery & project execution while identifying the right fits & team combination for projects. Acting as a “producer”, she has led projects with 15+ facilitators and projects that rolled out across 10 countries in the region.
Born and raised in Hong Kong, she is well travelled in 15+ countries and has lived & worked in United States and Shanghai. She has backpacked in Southeast Asia for 6 months in 2013 on her own to explore and discover herself.
