Ms. Natalie Evie
Natalie is a Leadership Coach, Global Speaker, Author, former Goldman Sachs Executive Director, and co-founder of the One Human Institute.
She helps high-achieving leaders become better decision-makers by mastering the human side of leadership – communication, influence and emotional intelligence. Her work helps them turn complexity into clarity, make better decisions, and achieve meaningful results.
With a focus on Behavioural Science and Emotional Intelligence, Natalie is certified in Persuasion by Dr. BJ Fogg at Stanford University’s Behaviour Design Lab. She was also the first approved trainer in Asia for Dr. Paul Ekman’s work on Emotional Intelligence, Micro Expressions and Lie Detection.
Natalie has worked with more than 50,000 high-achievers across global corporations and regularly speaks to MBA audiences at Peking University and Tsinghua University.
Natalie grew up in Canada and studied in Japan and Korea before graduating from the University of British Columbia. She speaks 5+ languages – her native English, Cantonese and Mandarin-Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and basic French.
