Communication Architect™ – Scenario-based Communication Skills

The objective of this one-day workshop is to enable participants to:

• Understand the 12 building blocks of effective communication.
• Analyze and evaluate communication scenarios to identify crucial building blocks and their sequence.
• Craft communication objectives aligned with desired outcomes.
• Develop strategies and techniques to optimize communication flow.
• Enhance communication skills through practical application in real-life scenarios.

This workshop blends theory and practice, with a focus on interactive and experiential learning. The training format is instructor-led and conducted in-person. The workshop will utilize a combination of presentations, discussions, case studies, and hands-on activities. Participants will receive a comprehensive training kit, including drawstring bags, blueprint tiles, hexagonal tiles, scenario cards, and cue cards. The theory-to-practice ratio is 30/70, ensuring a balance between knowledge acquisition and practical application.
