The Curioust is excited to share that we are the Official Transfer Enabler for Hong Kong in partnership with Institute for Transfer Effectiveness to bring and strengthen the concept of transfer to practitioners in Hong Kong.

This is a two-day certification programme for HRD professionals, L&D consultants, training designers, and trainers who want to create learning experiences with stronger transfer and measurable impact. Participants explore the 12 Levers of Transfer Effectiveness, work with practical tools and interventions, and develop a transfer concept for a real development programme.
