What is DISC?

The DISC assessment is a behavioral profiling tool that helps individuals gain insights into their communication and behavioral styles.

It categorizes individuals into four primary behavioral styles: Dominance (D), Influence (I), Steadiness (S), and Conscientiousness (C). The assessment measures how individuals tend to interact with others, make decisions, handle challenges, and respond to different situations.

By understanding their DISC profile, individuals can enhance their self-awareness, adapt their communication style, and improve interpersonal relationships.

What does DISC measure?

It measures your tendencies and preferences — your patterns of behavior. It does not measure intelligence, aptitude, mental health, or values. DiSC profiles describe human behavior in various situations. For example, the DISC questionnaire asks about how you respond to challenges, how you influence others, how you respond to rules and procedures, and about your preferred pace of activity. It does not measure every dimension of your personality.

Upon purchase, you and your team member(s) will receive a link to complete an online questionnaire.
