Objectives

The objective of this half-day workshop is to provide leaders with the necessary tools and strategies to coach and lead a multigenerational workforce effectively. By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Challenge and debunk common myths about younger generations.

Methodology

The workshop will utilize a variety of interactive and experiential activities to engage participants and facilitate learning.
