Course Details

Objectives

The objective of this workshop is to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to communicate and influence effectively using the DISC framework. Participants will learn the importance of understanding individual differences, explore the background of the DISC Behavioral Profiling Tool, and review their own DISC profiling report. By interacting with different DISC behavioral types and engaging in detailed observations, participants will discover others’ behavioral styles. Methodology

Prior to the workshop, participants will be invited to complete a DISC online assessment to generate personalized DISC reports. During the workshop, participants will receive their reports and gain a deeper understanding of their own behavioral styles.
